Sitting in the hospital waiting room this morning a strange lady came up and talked to D for about 10 minutes. After she left:
D- Mom...what was the deal with that lady?!?!

T had surgery this morning, he was pretty groggy when he was waking up.
T- (mumble, mumble mumble)........But don't ever repeat that!
J- Don't worry Honey, my lips are sealed!

Primary program

G- God it the father of my spirit
H- I'll show my love for Heavenly Father by being kind to others
D- We believe in the same organization that existed in the primitive church; namely apostles, prophets, pastors, teachers, evangelist, and so forth.
K sang 'The Holy Ghost' with her Primary class.

And I sang 'This is my beloved Son' with a few other teachers.
T actually got to sit and watch and snuggle M

G- WHAT THE.....?
D- G DON"T say the 'H word'!!!!

Haha! The 'H word' at our house is 'Heck!'

D hit his head and got a concussion....and had some memory loss. We had to go get a CT scan!

Me- D, did you color on the sidewalk with permanant marker?!?!
D- NO!!!

D- B did. See he wrote his own name!

Our neighbor B is not well supervised...

I went to a card swap with some friends that was hosted by D's teacher from last year. She is a nice lady, and D absolutely LOVED her class.

Me- I'm going to Mrs. W's house for my card swap tonight D.
D- Cool!! If M starts to cry, I'm sure Mrs. W will hold her for you. She's nice like that.

As M & I were leaving...
Mrs. W- I sure miss D in my class. He is such a sweet boy.
Me- He is!!
Mrs. W- He comes up to me every afternoon and gives me a hug on his way home. He is so patient. He waits for all my new 1st graders to be done, then he says 'Hi Mrs. W' and gives me a hug. It makes my day!

The kids walked home from school today.
D- Mom, did you hear that a wild dog came after us? It wasn't domesticated.

D- Can I go outside to play?
Me- Is your room clean?
D- Yes
Me- Let me check.
We go check on room cleanliness....
Me- I think you and I have a VERY different definition of what a clean room is.

At lunch....
D- There is a party in my stomach and everything is invited!!!

Zoo Day

D- I used to take long NAPS.
H- We have long NECKS!
G- No Giraffe's have long NECKS!!!

A day of not quite right.....

I accidentally knocked H's cereal bowl on the floor just as G walked into the room.
G- Holy cowS!!! Holy COCKamole!!! What the craCK is going on here?!?!  (Yes- this was all in one breath!)

T- Yeah I did, I even got it on video.
J- I think this week you should go off the high dive!
K- NO WAY!!
T- I'll buy a Blizzard for anyone who jumps off the high dive tomorrow!
D- I'll do it! Wait....what's a Blizzard?!?!

G- Dad you are making me annoyed!!!!

H while watching a movie about the SLC Temple- YESSS!!!!! The Power of God!

After dinner T was eating a marshmallow
H-I want a marshmallow!!!!
T turns around a pelts her with one from across the room
G- Me too!!
K- I'm open!
T throws marshmallows at all of the girls.
T missing H- Ooohhhh!!
H- YESSS!!!!
D I want one too!
T- You asked for it! (and pelts him too!)

D- I sure love my Grammy. Remember when I used to call her Hammy? Yeah, that was pretty funny! 

D- That was the best party ever!!! Thanks Mom & Dad!

T bought dry ice to go in the 'potions' for D's Harry Potter party with his friends. It was pretty cool!  :D

D- Mom That is the Coolest Cake ever!!!!!!!

I made D a golden snitch cake (from Harry Potter) and it was the easiest cake I have ever made!!! Glad he liked it!

Cousin Fun!

Today cousin Kg (6) and Mc (almost 5) are over to play while Aunt A is at a training.

D & Kg were playing a video game...
Kg- Why do I have to be the girl?!?!

H- No Mc, that is not Bodie! That is Tash-Tash!! (Mc was calling our dog Bodie- which is Aunt T's dog's name)
